Stems  10-18 dm.  Inflorescences  profusely branching.  Flowers : outer petals with marginal wing moderately developed, distinctly revolute, minutely eroded, apex rounded, distinctly notched. 
 
 
 
Flowering early-late summer. In and along streams; 900-1220 m; Idaho.
