    Epiphytic and epipetric. Rhizomes creeping, terete, ca. 1 mm in diam. Pseudobulbs 0.5-1.5 cm apart, ovoid-globose to elongate ovoid, 10-15 mm long, 6-10 mm in diam. Leaves solitary at apex of pseudobulbs, elliptic to oblong, 2.5-4 cm long, 1-1.5 cm wide, apex obtuse to rounded or slightly retuse, base cuneate, thickly coriaceous. Scape arising from base of pseudobulbs, 8-15 cm long, ca. 1 mm thick, straight or more or less recurved near apex, with 2-3 sheaths from middle downward, sheaths 5-8 mm long; bracts ovate-lanceolate, 4-5 mm long, ca. 2 mm wide, 3-keeled outside, minutely spotted; pedicel and ovary 10-15 mm long. Flowers 4-7, umbellate, greenish yellow to pale green, with orange brown veins; dorsal sepal often tinged with brownish green, strongly concave and thickened from middle to base part, ovate, 5-6 mm long, 3-4 mm wide, 5-nerved, apex acuminate, base contracted, long ciliate especially towards apex; lateral sepals yellow, often slightly connate except at apex, obliquely linear-lanceolate, 16-18 mm long, 3-4 mm wide at base, acuminate and incurved towards apex, short ciliate on margins except at base; petals obliquely ovate, 3-4 mm long, 2.5 mm wide, acute at apex, slightly contracted at base, long ciliate; lip attached to tip of column foot, greenish orange to yellow, thickly hornlike, ca. 3 mm long, recurved from erect base, disc glabrous, shallowly grooved, lower side with a deep groove; column whitish, 2 mm long, with 2 slender stylids at apex, foot 3 mm long, upcurved; anther cap whitish, semiglobose, 0.8 mm long, with minute processes on ventral basal part, slightly erose and with 2 small setae at base; pollinia 2, each with connate unequal partitions.

    Southern China (Yunnan). Taiwan, recorded from a few localities in the center and south in forests at 1,000-1,500 m, on rocks and trees.
