Note: C. filifolium var. brevistylum is an invalid name lacking a latin description, but in any case it really doesn’t seem to merit recognition, the variation in style length seems to be similar to the dimorphism to be found in other species of the genus (e.g. C. modestum. Even Perrier de la Bâthie regarded his variety as a 'forme brevistyle', and noted that it occured very close to the typical plant.
