Rhizomatous plant 20-90 cm. Basal leaves ovate, 20-35 cm x 5-10 cm. Stem leaves long-petiolate smaller. Flowers lilac or pink, spicate. V - mid spring to autumn. Fl - in St. Petersburg June. Fr - August-September. Does well on humus-rich soil, in full sun. Z 4.
