Platanthera mandarinorum var. formosana (T. P. Lin & K. Inoue) S. S. Ying.
Leaves ovate, oblong, or lanceolate, 3-6 × 1.2-3 cm. Dorsal sepal deltoid, 5-7 × 4-4.5 mm; lateral sepals linear-lanceolate, oblique, 7-9 × 1.3-2 mm; spur 12-18 mm. Anther locules slightly divergent. Fl. May-Jul.
● Moist grasslands, forest margins; 1200-1600 m. Taiwan (Taibei, Taidong).
