黑鳞鳞毛蕨组 hei lin lin mao jue zu

Lamina lanceolate or ovate-lanceolate, usually pinnate to bipinnate; upper stipe glabrous; scales on base of stipe black or very dark blackish brown, linear-lanceolate.

About 15 species: confined to Asia; 13 species (six endemic) in China.
