Pittosporum cavaleriei H. Léveillé.
Leaf blade narrowly lanceolate or beltlike, 6–18 × 1–2.5(–3.2) cm. Fl. Mar–May, fr. Jun–Nov.
The roots can be used medicinally as an analgesic.
Forests, thickets, slopes, valleys, stream sides; 600--1700 m. Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi, Sichuan.
