Angelica formosana H. de Boissieu, Bull. Soc. Bot. France 56: 354. 1909.
Plants stout. Upper umbels densely pubescent, lower umbels glabrous or sparsely pubescent. Ovary and fruit pubescent.
Forest margins; 600–800 m. N Taiwan.
