Ultimate leaf segments 4–7 × 3–5 cm, margins irregularly lobed to pinnatifid. Rays 1.5–3.5 cm. Fruit oblong-ovoid.
Forests, streamsides; 1400–3200 m. N Sichuan, NW Yunnan.
