Leaves oblong-lanceolate, 4-9 × 1-2 cm, abaxially on midvein or totally white pilose, adaxially sparsely hispidulous, flat. Outer phyllaries sparsely hairy. Achenes densely pilose.
● Common; 2800-4000 m. W Sichuan, E Xizang, NW Yunnan.
