Leaves elliptic-lanceolate, 7-17 × 1.5-4.5 cm, abaxially brown pubescent on veins or sometimes totally, glandular, base attenuate, apex acuminate. Outer phyllaries narrowly lanceolate, puberulent.
1900-3900 m. Sichuan, NW and W Yunnan [N India].
