Pedicularis przewalskii var. australis H. L. Li, Proc. Acad. Nat. Sci. Philadelphia 101: 113. 1949.
Leaf blade ca. 1.5 cm X 5 mm, densely pubescent, not glandular. Calyx lobes 5. Corolla purple-red throughout; tube long pubescent.
* Alpine meadows; 4300--5300 m. SE Xizang, NW Yunnan.
