Stems distinctly angled. Fruit oblong to oblong-linear, rarely narrowly ovoid, glabrous or minutely papillate. Seeds (10-)14-20(-24) per fruit, 0.6-0.8 mm. Fl. Jul-Aug, fr. Aug-Oct. 2n = 14*.
