Pittosporum fortunei Turczaninow.
Leaf blade oblong or oblanceolate, 5–15 × 2–5.5 cm. Fl. Mar–Aug, fr. Sep–Dec.
The roots can be used medicinally as an analgesic.
Forests, thickets, sunny slopes, river sides; 200--2000 m. Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou, Hainan, Hunan [Vietnam].
