Description from Flora of China
Herbs drying black. Stems erect, unbranched. Leaves mostly basal, pinnatisect with lanceolate segments; stem leaves few, alternate, pinnatisect, segments linear. Inflorescences elongated, ± lax basally. Corolla tube less than 2 X as long as calyx; galea pubescent abaxially and at margin; beak well developed, straight, nearly as long as lower lip, slender, with a tuft of hairs at apex.
One species: Bhutan, China, E Nepal, Sikkim.
