Evergreen ± scandent shrubs with imparipinnate leaves. Flowers infundibuliform, orange-red. in short terminal racemes. Calyx campanulate, 5-toothed. Stamens 4, exserted. Disk cupular. Capsule elongated, compressed.
2 species in tropical E. & S.Africa. Represented in Pakistan by 1 cultivated species.
