Leaves 3.0-8.5 cm or less long, leaflets 0.8-3.5 cm long, obovate, fruit less than or equal to 8.5 cm long, 10-12 seeded.

Distribution: Widely distributed (cultivated) in Pakistan and India. It has been reported from Australia and Polynesia, but the Australian material seems to be less distinct and more variable.

Further critical investigation of the complex seems desirable.
