Plants 11.5-15.5 cm tall. Leaves l-l.5 cm long, 0.7-l.2 cm broad, ovate, obtuse to acute, base rotund-attenuate. Scape thin and slender, aphyllous. Flowers l.4-1.5 cm in diameter. Calyx tube 2-3 mm long, l-2 mm broad, ovate to oblong-lanceolate, obtuse. Petals 6-11 mm long, 2-4 mm broad, spathulate to oblong-spathulate, emarginate, usually 5 nerved; nerves mostly parallel. Staminodes oblong quadrate to oblong-cuneate, longitudinally trilobed or lobes obscure, glandular. Capsule obovate. Seeds minute; testa reticulate, not lax.
