Saxifraga stenophylla subsp. komarovii (Los.) Tolm.
Stolons slender 0.3-0.4 mm in diameter on herbarium specimens, sparsely glandular. Leaves few on the flowering stem; apex of leaf with glandless acumen. Flowers (1-2)-3-8, yellowish-pink.
Fl.Per.: June-August.
Type: Seravschan, Sobak, 27.7.1893, Komarov (LE).
Distribution: W. Tibet, Pamir to Kashmir, Afghanistan.
Collected from Chitral (Wendelbo s.n.) and Baltistan (Hartmann s.n.) but I have not seen any specimens from these areas. I have however, examin ed material from Kashmir, Lahul (Bor, s.n.) and Ladak (Koelz 2508).
