Impatiens parviflora sensu Hook. f.
Similar to Impatiens balfourii Hook. f. but differing in the smaller flowers, 10-20 mm long, lower sepal with the spur 8-15 mm long and the capsule up to 12 mm long.

Distribution: NW. Himalayas from Kashmir to Hazara.
Fairly common in forests and partial shade from 1500-3200 m. The flowers are small pink and white (throat yellow) with a straight to slightly curved spur. The species was previously confused with the Siberian Impatiens parviflora DC, which is not found here.
