A branched perennial, 14 cm or more tall with a woody base. Branches many, erect-ascending from the base of stem; branchlets dense hispid with white, ± suberect hairs (up to 1.1. mm long) mixed with retrorsely appressed, smaller and thinner ones. Leaves petiolate; petiole 2-4 mm long. Lamina 3-12 x 4-11 mm, broad ovate, truncate, obtuse, dense hairy, margin revolute, nerves impressed above, prominent on the undersurface, Inflorescence terminal or axillary, 3-7 flowered, up to 2.6 cm long. Flowers sessile. Calyx 2-3 mm long, hispid, longer, hairs suberect, shorter ones appressed and thinner; lobes lanceolate, acute. Corolla tubular; tube 2.5–3.0 mm broad; lobes c. 0.5 mm long, acute. Sinuses between lobes dentate or lobed. Anthers c. 1.7 mm long; attached c. 1.5 mm from the corolla base; connectives produced, base dilated. Style 0.5–0.6 mm long, pilose. Stigma c. 0.7 mm long, conical, apex pilose. Nutlets c. 2.5 mm long, appressed pubescent when young, brownish.

Type: Baluchistan: S. Makran: F-2, 3 20-30 km E. of Mirjavah desert, Lamond 134! (E).

Distribution: Known from type locality.
