Plants trailing, 30–70 cm. Leaves: petioles 25–45(–80) cm, lobes of mid and distal leaves linear to long-spatulate, to 6 × 0.5(–1) cm. 2n = 34.
Flowering spring–fall. Crevices and ledges, igneous canyon walls; of conservation concern; 900–2000 m; Ariz.
Variety salensis is known only from Salt River Canyon.
