烏毛蕨屬
Rhizome creeping or erect and stout, occasionally scandent, dictyostelic; scales abundant, linear,
narrow, dark brown to black, shining. Fronds monomorphic; pinnate or pinnatifid; venation of sterile
fronds free. Sori linear, costal, coenosori; sporangia borne along both sides of costa; indusia firm,
opening towards costa.
About 40 species, two in Taiwan.
