Saccolabium taiwanianum S. S. Ying
Stems erect, ascending or pendulous, not creeping, stout, 2-5 cm long, 5 mm or more in diam., with many elongate filiform roots near base. Leaves rather closely arranged, often overlapping at base, linear, falcate or linear-lanceolate, 5-16 cm long, 1-2.5 cm wide, fleshy, coriaceous, articulated with sheath, midrib sulcate on upper surface, keeled on lower surface. Inflorescence nearly coymbose, peduncle fleshy, ca. 2 cm long; bract ovate, 3-4 mm long, 3 mm wide; pedicel and ovary 10-12 mm long. Flowers 4-7, yellowish; sepals elliptic-obovate, 7-9 mm long, 3-5 mm wide, apex obtuse or rounded, base slightly contracted, lateral sepals slightly longer; petals similar to sepals or narrower; lip white, tinged with yellow, sac cup-like, 5-7 mm long, 4-6 mm in diam., yellow near base, with purple dots; limb triangular or semiorbicular, 5 mm long, 10-12 mm wide, whitish, with a yellow center cushion, minutely punctate above; column 2 mm long; anther cap rhombic-ovate, 2 mm long; pollinia globose, 0.8 mm in diam., stipe 1.6 mm long; viscidium linear, bifid at apex. Capsules fusiform, more than 2 cm long.
