Clematis leiocarpa Oliver.
Leaflet blades leathery, abaxially strongly glaucous and not reticulate. Sepals 10--15 × 2--3.8(--5) mm. Ovaries and achenes glabrous. Fl. Jun--Jul, fr. Aug--Sep.
* Forests, slopes, scrub, along streams; 500--2000 m. S Gansu, Hubei, NW Hunan, S Shaanxi, N Sichuan.
