Leaves 5(–7)-foliolate; stipules and bracts 8–10 × 4–5 mm. Abaxial surface of calyx and pedicel glabrous.
Thickets in valleys, forest margins, grassy slopes; 2600--3000 m. Hubei, Sichuan.
