Leaves (3-)5(-7)-foliolate; leaflets elliptic-lanceolate, abaxially scaly white, adaxially green, base cuneate, margin entire, apex acuminate; middle leaflet 1.5-4 X 0.5-1 cm. Inflorescences 5-11 cm. Fruit pubescent. Fl. and fr. Jul-Nov.
* Thickets along stream banks; 1200-3200 m. Sichuan, Xizang, Yunnan.
