渤海滨南牡蒿 bo hai bin nan mu hao
Stem 30-40 cm tall. Leaves nearly succulent; lower leaves pinnatisect, distal lobes not larger than other lobes, segments regularly 3-cleft apically. Synflorescence a somewhat broad panicle.
