康定灯心草 kang ding deng xin cao
Plants perennial, 5.5--6.5 cm tall. Rhizome short. Stems terete, 0.3--0.4 mm in diam., striate. Basal leaves 1 or 2, cauline leaf 1; leaf sheath auricles absent; leaf blade linear or flat, 5--14 cm including sheaths, margin usually involute, apex obtuse. Inflorescences 3 or 4(or 5)-flowered; bracts 3 or 4, broadly ovate, shell-shaped, 3.2--4 mm, center swollen, apex obtuse-rounded. Perianth segments straw-colored to reddish brown, lanceolate, 3--3.7 × 1--1.6 mm, equal, veins 1--3, apex obtuse. Stamens 6; filaments black-purple, somewhat thick; anthers 1.1--1.6 mm. Style ca. 1.4 mm; stigmas 0.3--0.5 mm. Capsule (immature) purplish black, shiny, subglobose to broadly ovoid, 2.2--3 mm. Seeds (immature) ellipsoid, ca. 0.3 mm, both ends appendaged; appendages short. Fl. Jul, fr. Aug.
