Leaves 3--7 mm wide.
Hills, dry rocky slopes, steppes, fixed dunes. Hebei, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Nei Mongol, Shanxi [E and N Mongolia, Russia (Far East, Siberia)].
The species is used medicinally.
