Pinnae abaxially densely pubescent, along costae with finer acicular hairs, adaxially also with sparse appressed fine acicular hairs along veins and in intercostal areas, acicular hairs along costal grooves.
● Wet shaded places beneath Phyllostachys pubescens; 200-1000 m. Anhui, Jiangsu, Jiangxi.
