Perennial. Leaves 1-2-pinnate; segments short, linear. Stem reduced. Peduncle present or lacking. Involucre of pinnate bracts. Rays numerous. Involucel of many pinnate bractlets. Calyx teeth prominent or not prominent. Fruit ovate to oblong; ridges prominent, not winged; furrows 3-4-vittate; comĀ¬missure 8-vittate. Inner seed face slightly concave.
A small genus of 3 or 4 species found in Central Asia, India and W. Pakistan. One species has been reported from W. Pakistan.
