Perennial. Leaves radical and cauline, 1-3-pinnate; pinnae much dissected. Peduncles terminal and axillary. Calyx teeth obsolete. Petals white to red. Fruit oblong to ovoid; stylopodium conical; styles short, reflexed; ridges obtuse; furrows 2-5-vittate. Inner seed face grooved.
A small genus of 3 or 4 species found in W. Pakistan and Afghanistan.
