Biennial or perennial, up to 10 cm tall, erect, simple or rarely branched from the base; hairs 2-4-partite appressed; rootstock slender, elongated, simple. Radical leaves densely rosulate, narrowly oblanceolate, 20-30 mm long, 2-5 mm broad, sinuate-dentate to sub-entire stalked to subsessile; cauline leaves few (2-3 usually), linear, almost entire, sessile, smaller. Racemes 10-20-flowered. Flowers c. 5 mm across, yellow; pedicels 2-5 mm long in young fruits, lowermost sometimes bracteate. Sepals 4-6 mm long. Petals 8-10 mm long, 2 mm broad. Stamens c. 5:7 mm long; anthers c. 2 mm long. Ovary 30-36-ovuled; style c. 1 mm long with capitate, sub-bilobed stigma. Siliquae (immature) c. 35 mm long, 1 mm broad, subcylindrical, linear, appressedly hairy.

Distribution: Endemic to Tibet.
It is a very little and incompletely known species, and may not be specifically different from the previous species and may be only a dwarf form of it. Mature siliquae are not yet known.
