Root long, carrot-l ike. Leaves tripinnate, pinnae pubescent, oval to ovate, c. 2 cm long; margin deeply toothed. Central umbel sessile or shortly pedunculate. Rays 7-10, glabrous. Flowers with short pedicels. Petals yellow, outer surface pubescent. Fruit 7-12 mm long, 4-5 mm broad, furrows 4-6-vittate, commissure with numerous vittae, wing little less than half the width of the seed.
Type locality: Described from USSR., Kyzyl Kum.
Distribution: Iran, Afghanistan, USSR, W. Pakistan.
This species is not common in W. Pakistan.
