Excluded and Imperfactly known species.

Chaudhri, l.c. described this species from Baltistan. The type is not traceable in Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad (ISL). The quality of plate is rather poor. Judging from the description it appears to be a segregate of highly variable and widely distributed taxon Polygonum aviculare L. In the present treatment P. baltistanicum is considered as an imperfactly known species.
