Stem woody, twining, pubescent, hairs spreading, glandular. Leaf pinnately trifoliolate, petiole 5-10 cm long, terminal leaflet 5-7.5 cm long and broad, rhomboid or suborbicular; the lateral leaflets very oblique, margin sinuate, acute-acuminate, pubescent on boths sides, gland dotted on the lower side; petiolule c. 2.5 mm long; stipules 10-12 mm long. Inflorescence an axillary, pedunculate raceme, 20-30 cm long; bracts much longer than pedicel. Calyx c. 7.5 mm long, pubescent and gland dotted; upper teeth partly connate, the lower longer than the cup. Vexillum pubescent and glandular at the back. Fruit 2.5-3.0 cm long, c. 7.5 mm broad, pubescent, 2-seeded.

Distribution: Pakistan; India; Upper Burma; Java; Thailand.
