Bupleurum hazarica Nasir
Erect, c. 50 cm tall. Stems 1 or 2 from the base. Basal leaves lanceolate, petiolate; middle and upper cauline leaves sessile. Involucral bracts 1-3, unequal, Rays 2-4. Involucel of 5-6 oval to broadly ovate bractlets, Flowers numerous, black. Fruit elliptic to oblong; ridges not winged; furrows 3-vittate.
Type: C-7 Miranjani, 9500 ft., A.R. Beg 1115 (RAW).
Distribution: Himalayas.
