Perennial herb, 20-30 cm tall, often decumbent, flexuose, sparsely branched, leafy, hairy with branched and simple hairs. Radical leaves rosulate, oblong-obovate, 10-15 mm long, 2-5 mm broad, acute, entire or 1-dentate; cauline leaves 6-12, variable, usually oblong-obovate, acute, 1-3-dentate to entire; all leaves hairy with branched and simple, mixed hairs. Racemes 15-30-flowered, lax, up to 20 cm long in fruit, ebracteate. Flowers c. 5 mm across, white; pedicels 15-25 mm long in fruit, ascending or spreading, hairy. Sepals c. 2.5 mm long, 1 mm broad. Petals 4-5 mm long, c. 2 mm broad, apex subemarginate. Stamens c. 2: 2.5 mm long; anthers c. 0.5 mm long. Siliculae 10-20 mm long, 2-3 mm broad, linear-oblong, ± contorted, pubescent with short, branched hairs; style c. 0.7 mm long with depressed stigma; septum not veined; seeds 10-14 in each locule, c. 1 mm long, oblong-ovate.
