Fagonia subinermis Boiss.
Basally woody, glabrous shrublet. Branches prostrate, internodes terete, up to c. 4 cm long. Leaves unifoliolate, petiole 1-2 mm long, leaflets elliptic, obtuse; stipular spines deficient to minute and shorter than petiole. Flowers as in type variety. Capsule c. 4 mm long and broad, pedicel twice the size of fruit.
