Bulb ovoid, c. 1 cm broad, scaly, outer coats white, membranous. Scape c. 30 cm tall. Leaves filiform, semicylindrical fistular. Umbels hemispherical. Flowers campanulate. Tepals purple, lanceolate to elliptic, c. 5 mm long. Filaments about half the length of the tepals, connate at the base, outer filaments entire, narrowly triangular, inner with broad toothed triangular bases, anthers mucronate.
