Prostrate or ascending, annual or perennial, stem pubescent. Leaf imparipinnately compound, petiole up to 2.5 cm long, rachis up to 5.5 cm long; leaflets 5-13, up to 4 cm long and 7 mm wide, narrowly oblong, lanceolate or broadly linear, glabrous above and appressly silky below. Inflorescence with 2-6 clustered flowers in the leaf axils. Pedicel c. 2-4 mm long. Calyx pubescent, cup c. 1-1.5 mm long, teeth 2-5 mm long. Corolla pale pinkish purple. Vexillum 5-8 mm long, pubescent externally. Keel glabrous. Fruit up to 4.5 cm long, c. 4 mm broad, pubescent, slightly curved, 5-10-seeded.
