Erect undershrub, 60-100 cm tall, branches white canescent. Leaf trifoliolate, c. 8-25 mm long; leaflets c. 1.2-2.6 cm long, obovate or oblong, pubescent on both sides; stipels absent; stipules small setaceous. Inflorescence axis 4.5 cm or less, 6-12-flowered. Corolla pink. Calyx c. 2.5 mm long, teeth linear. Vexillum c. 5-5.5 mm long. Fruit c. 2.5-2.7 cm long, spreading or deflexed, tetragonous, 6-10-seeded.
