Perennial undershrub, old parts covered with persistent leaf bases. Leaf imparipinnately compound, c. 7.5-10 cm long; leaflets c. 21-25, c. 6-10 mm long, oblong, obtuse, pubescent on both the sides, hairs short, silky, brown. Inflorescence a shortly peduncled raceme, shorter than leaves; bracts linear, pedicel c. 3-4 mm long, densely pubescent. Calyx c. 10-12 mm long, densely silky, teeth c. 3-4 mm long. Vexillum c. 18-20 mm long. Wing shorter than the vexillum and the keel shorter than the wing. Ovary silky, short stalked, ovules c. 20. Fruit not seen.
