Perennial herb, root woody, stem much reduced (acaulescent). Leaf imparipinnately compound, petiole c. 3.5-10 cm long, villous, rachis c. 6.5-20 cm long, pilose. Leaflets c. 25-41, c. 5-17 mm long, c. 3.5-14 mm broad, ovate, broadly oblong, entire, obtuse, villous on both sides; petiolule 1 mm long; stipules c. 7-12 mm long, ciliate at the margins. Inflorescence an axillary pedunculate raceme, peduncle c. 2.5-13 cm long, villous; bracts c. 7-12 mm long, pilose; pedicel c. 3-4 mm long, glabrous to subglabrous. Calyx c. 14-15 mm long, villous, teeth c. 2.5-3 mm long. Vexillum c. 23-28 mm long. Fruit c. 25-32 mm long, c. 11-12 mm broad, pilose, hairs long, partly bilocular, stipe 4-5 mm long.
