Stem woody, erect, young branches densely tomentose. Leaf paripinnately compound, c. 2-3 cm long, white-tomentose; leaflets 6-8, c. 5-10 mm long, c. 2-5 mm broad, obovate, obovate-oblong, obtuse, retuse, densely appressly pilose on both the sides; stipules free, white-tomentose. Inflorescence elongated raceme, peduncle c. 16-25 cm long. Bracts 1.5-2.0 mm, pilose. Pedicel c. 2 mm long, pilose. Calyx c. 5 mm long, appressly pilose, teeth triangular. Vexillum c. 10-15 mm long. Wing subequal. Keel smaller. Fruit c. 22-28 mm long, c. 3-4 mm broad, bilocular, glabrous; stipe c. 5-7 mm long.
Holotype: Afghanistan, Koschuk, Griffith 466 (K).
Distribution: Afghanistan; Pakistan (Baluchistan).
