Perennial herb, root woody. Stem reduced. Leaf imparipinnately compound, petiole 2.7-5.5 cm, rachis (excluding petiole) 2-6 cm, pubescent, leaflets 7-13, lateral leaflets opposite to subopposite, c. 7-14 mm long, 5-10 mm broad, ovate, broadly elliptic to orbicular, entire, obtuse, subglabrous above, sericeous below. Stipules lateral, 8-10 mm long, densely pubescent. Inflorescence an axillary pedunculate raceme; peduncle 10-12.5 cm long, pubescent. Bracts c.5 mm long, pubescent. Pedicel c. 3 mm long, pubescent, hairs black and white. Calyx 14-15 mm long, pubescent, hairs black and white, teeth 5.5-7.0 mm long. Vexillum 20-21 mm long. Fruit arcuate, 3.5-4.0 cm long, c. 5 mm broad, hairs spreading, bilocular.
