Taverniera stocksii Boiss.
Shrub, 60-100 cm, branches pubescent. Leaf uni-trifoliolate, leaflets 0.6-2.5 cm long, obovate to oblanceolate, entire, mucronate, pubescent, becoming subglabrous; stipules connate, amplexicaul, c. 3 mm long. Inflorescence an axillary raceme, up to 10 cm long, Pedicel 1-2.5 mm long, bracts c. 2.5 mm. Calyx 4-5 mm long, silky, teeth deltoid, c. 2.5 mm long. Corolla purple, macrescent. Vexillum 10-13 mm long, vexillum and keel larger than the wing. Fruit with 1-3, 1-seeded joints, joints echinate and ovoid, pubescent.
