Plant 45-60 cm long, glabrescent. Leaf 6-12 cm long (including the petiole), leaflets 9-13, c. 1.2-2 cm long, ovate-oblong, elliptic, acute to subacute; stipules linear, small. Inflorescence an axillary peduncled raceme, 15-22.5 cm long. Bracts minute, pedicel short. Calyx 2-2.5 mm long, pubescent, teeth lanceolate. Corolla 7-10 mm, vexillum glabrous, veins prominent. Fruit 7-8 mm long, reniform, 1-seeded, densely pilose, faces alveolate, edge furnished with close small spines.
