  • Asperula cynanchica Aitch.

    Plants completely glabrous. Stem much branched, erect or procumbent. Leaves linear, membranous, 10-20 x 1-1.5 mm long. Flowers glabrous, 4-5 mm long, sessile or pedicel 1-3 mm long. Corolla 3-4.5 mm long, tube 2-3 times longer than lobes, pink or lilac. Ovary glabrous or minutely hairy or slightly puberulous.

    Fl. Per.: June-September.

    Type: Edelberg 872 (W, C).

    Distribution: Afghanistan and Pakistan.
